SCARLETT & BLACK RETURNS POLICY

Please read these policies clearly as there are different timescales depending on the type of products 

Returns Policy for Jewellery, Handbags, Clothing, Fashion Accessories, and Tea

  • Please note that Scarlett and Black Tea is non-refundable. For jewellery (excluding earrings), clothing, and fashion accessories, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@scarlettandblack.online.  Include the reason for your return and, if applicable, photographs of any faulty items.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For sanitary reasons, earrings cannot be refunded.





Returns Policy for Furniture, Home Accessories, Garden Furniture, and Lighting

At Scarlett and Black, we hope you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Please note the following return guidelines:

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for furniture, large home accessories, mirrors, lighting, garden furniture, and outdoor living items due to colour discrepancies or change of mind. 

  • Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods, as our manufacturers do not accept non-faulty returns.

  • Reporting Damages: All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please photograph any damage or quality concerns and upload the images. Retaining the original packaging is essential in case a collection is arranged.

  • Initiating a Return or Refund: To request a return or refund, please email us at hello@scarlettandblack.online. within the 3-day window. Include the product details, date of purchase, contact information, and a description of the damage or fault. All refunds must be agreed upon in writing.
